COMPLAINTS POLICY 

We always endeavour to provide the best services for our customers. However, on very rare occasions, there may be times where a customer may not be completely satisfied. To ensure we can put things right for you, please inspect the work we carried out as soon as possible after completion to ensure everything has been carried out based on the contract terms and to the usual high standards that we provide. In the unlikely event there is anything you are not completely satisfied with, please contact us at info@primeworksheating.co.uk or by phone at 07534 469008. We aim to respond within 5 days and to arrange a convenient date to view and/or remedy the situation where possible. In the very unlikely event where we are unable to resolve your complaint using our own complaints procedure, it may be necessary to use another complaint service.
